Dear Families,
On Tuesday, November 3, 2026 schools will pivot to a remote day of instruction. All students will be required to log on to their teacher’s virtual zoom classroom on this day. Attendance for students will be taken in the zoom virtual classroom. At PS 95 this remote day of instruction will be a half day of learning from 8:00am –11:15am to accommodate our Fall Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences.

Schedule for Tuesday November 3, 2026
8:00 am – 11:15 am Student’s half day of remote instruction on zoom
12:20 pm – 2:20 pm Afternoon Parent Teacher Conferences (by scheduled appointment time)
5:00 pm – 8:00 pm Evening Parent Teacher Conferences (by scheduled appointment time)
In order to prepare for this pivot to remote instruction please remember the following:
• Students should be logged onto their Google Classroom prior to November 3rd
• All families will receive a zoom code from their child’s classroom teacher.
• Students will practice logging onto google classroom and zoom, in school during the week of 10/26.
• Students will be required to log on to their zoom classroom, sitting at a table. This space should be in a
quiet location of the house with no distractions. All video cameras will be required to be turned on.
Students should be appropriately dressed for school and learning.
• Remote learning paper packets will be sent home with all students. These packets should be used by
students who might have technical difficulties and can not log on to virtual learning.
