Remote Learning-Google Classroom and MyOn
As we move to remote learning using Google Classroom, accounts have been set up for every student. Students must log in using the email address provided at classroom.google.com.
The email address they will use is their FIRST name, followed by their LAST initial, their class, and the domain @21k095.gsuite.nyc. For example, if John Smith is in class 305, his Google email address would be JohnS305@21k095.gsuite.nyc. The password is gravesend. After you log in, you will be asked to join your classes. You can view a YouTube video that will take you step by step in joining them. Please reach out to Mrs. Caulford at MrsCaulford@gmail.com if you have any questions or need technical support.
If your child must also log into MyOn, their username is their student ID number, which is a nine digit number. You can find on this number on the report cards or their MySchools account. The password is the number 1, followed by the first two letters of their FIRST name. For example, John Smith's password would be 1Jo. If you need assistance logging into MyOn, please contact Mrs. Caulford at the email address above.
